Official Terms & Conditions 8fafa — Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 8fafa ("Platform", "we", "us", "company"). This document governs your use of 8fafa's website, mobile application, and all services offered by 8fafa in Malaysia.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to these Terms & Conditions:

• Register a new account on the 8fafa platform
• Accessing or browsing the 8fafa website
• Making a deposit or carrying out any financial transaction
• Using any game or service provided by 8fafa
• Claiming any bonus, promotion, or VIP reward

8fafa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, although we will endeavour to inform players of material changes via registered email or in-platform notifications.

To register and use the 8fafa platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 8fafa does not permit anyone under the legal age to use our platform under any circumstances.
• Location: You must be located in Malaysia or be a Malaysian citizen accessing the platform from abroad for personal use.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Non-8fafa employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 8fafa staff are not permitted to open a player account.

Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account on the 8fafa platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Providing information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete
• Keep your account information up to date whenever any changes occur
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone
• Be fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account
• Notify 8fafa immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

8fafa is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

8fafa supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to ensure convenient and secure transactions for all players. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Your first withdrawal requires identity verification (KYC) — please provide a copy of your MyKad
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your 8fafa account

8fafa offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all 8fafa bonuses:

• Rollover Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements of between 10x and 30x, depending on the bonus type. Full terms are stated on each promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that have expired will be automatically forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific game categories such as slots, Sports Betting, or Live Casino.
• Bonus Usage: Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or given to another player in any form.

All betting activity on the 8fafa platform is subject to the following rules:

• Sports Betting: Odds displayed are final at the time a bet is placed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless a match is called off or postponed for more than 24 hours.
• Live betting (in-play): 8fafa reserves the right to suspend or void any live betting market at any time for technical reasons or to protect the integrity of the sport.
• Game results: All slots, jackpot, and Live Casino game results are final and non-disputable unless there is verified evidence of a technical failure confirmed by the 8fafa team.
• Technical failure: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, 8fafa will review the system records and make a fair decision based on the available data.
• Betting limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and VIP level. All limits are clearly displayed within the game interface.

8fafa uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by an internationally recognised certification body to ensure the fairness and randomness of all game outcomes. As a user of the 8fafa platform, you are fully responsible for ensuring that:

• You play within your own financial means and do not use borrowed money or funds intended for daily necessities to gamble
• You are not using the 8fafa platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities
• You must not use automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the system or other players
• You must not attempt to attack, hack, or disrupt the operations of the 8fafa platform in any way
• You understand that betting carries financial risk and that losses are a part of the gambling experience

8fafa promotes responsible gambling and provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Self-set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Configurable loss limits
• Cool-off period options ranging from 24 hours to 6 months
• Long-term self-exclusion
• Access to problem gambling support resources

8fafa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time and without prior notice if:

• Player breaches any part of these Terms & Conditions
• There is suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or misconduct
• Player registers multiple accounts
• The player provided false information during registration or the KYC process
• Player uses automation software or bots
• Players proven to be under 18 years of age

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, 8fafa reserves the right to forfeit all unused bonus balances. Valid real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player upon completion of the investigation, unless the funds are found to be proceeds of fraudulent activity.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 8fafa support team via email at support@8fafa.net.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 8fafa shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from the use of the platform
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Losses arising from the user's internet connection or device failure
• Game outcomes resulting from the user's misuse of the platform

8fafa's total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate arbitration body or court in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
